    Owner

    Born and raised in Los Gatos, Colin has been interested in health and fitness ever since his first introduction to a weight room while playing sports at Bellarmine. While this was a starting point, it was not until college that he was driven to pursue a career in health and fitness. During his sophomore year, his grandfather passed away after a slow decline into worse and worse health. It is this experience that drives him to search both for himself and those around him how to maximize life, and avoid the pain and suffering that comes from loss of health and reliance on medicine. Quality of life is what matters most, and this is what Mint Condition Fitness is dedicated to enhancing for its members.

  • Bradley Cubbage

    Studio Manager

    Since high school, Bradley has been constantly immersed in sports and physical fitness. His passion for fitness grew as he became more successful in his own athletic pursuits, mostly in track and cross country. After a successful athletic and academic career in high school, Bradley attended Slippery Rock University to study Exercise Science. From this point on, Bradley’s enthusiasm for and knowledge of fitness continued to grow, leading him to pursue a career in the fitness industry. Since starting, Bradley has been a passionate leader and advocate of what a healthy and balanced lifestyle can provide. He believes that if you can maintain a healthy lifestyle, everything else will fall into place.

  • Hanna Levitz

    Client Experience Specialist

    A native of Los Gatos, Hanna was involved in team sports from the very get-go. In high school, she was introduced to competitive rowing, joining the Los Gatos Rowing Club at Lexington Reservoir. It was through her love of and success with crew that Hanna ended up at Brown University, rowing in the first varsity boat to win the Eastern Sprints for the school. After getting her BA in English Literature, Hanna pursued an active and adventurous life, working as a surveyor hiking through the wild deserts of Nevada, guiding multi-day trips down Class III-V rivers in Idaho and Oregon, running the Human Resources department at Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico, and doing triage with a focus on orthopedics as an EMT at the urgent care clinic of the ski area. A five-year stint in Hawai’i gave her the opportunity to participate in competitive outrigger canoe racing, while also working as the office administrator for an educational and ecologically-minded swim with the dolphins program. The vagaries of life eventually saw Hanna return to her hometown and through good fortune, she became a part of the Mint Condition Fitness family.

  • Max Ferrero

    Head Fitness Coach

    Leading a balanced and healthy lifestyle has been Max’s priority since losing his father at age 56 to a number of illnesses that could have been prevented through developing better exercise and nutrition habits along the way. This experience initially led Max to focus on creating an active lifestyle for himself, turning into a marathoner and triathlete, and pursuing new activities like golfing, surfing, and even going on a 100km trek in Nepal. However, Max’s passion for helping others and teaching brought him to the world of coaching and to the mission of helping others reach their potential at Mint Condition Fitness. Max is most passionate about helping others exceed what they ever thought could be possible for themselves and celebrating these successes.

  • Michelle Bradshaw

    Certified Fitness Coach

    Michelle grew up a California girl with an love of dance and movement, ranging from contemporary dance to ballet. While in college, this passion led her to complete a minor in dance. During her ballet training she decided to supplement her dancing with a strength program guidance from a fitness coach. Michelle’s coach had such an impact on her that it sparked a new passion for fitness and coaching. After being in the gym for most of her adult life, Michelle felt a desire to transition from a career as a teacher into personal training.

  • Sean Geary

    Certified Fitness Coach

    Sean grew up in New England as a theatre kid who did not want anything to do with health or fitness. Significantly overweight for most of his life, he came to the fitness industry after a career in teaching and following being diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure. Realizing at 40 that things weren’t going to change if he didn’t change, Sean embarked on a journey to develop a better relationship with nutrition, exercise, and overall life balance. Sean brings his teaching experience to the gym, trying to meet all clients where they are and leading them down their own paths of discovery. He doesn’t focus on hard line tenets or beliefs, but a mixture of pieces that work for him and for his clients. This is your journey, he’s simply there to guide you along.

  • Laura Braun

    Certified Online Fitness Coach

    Laura grew up in the Midwest and stayed fit running cross-country and track in high school. While earning her degree in Electrical Engineering, she fell out of her exercise routine. After working for a few years she realized she was unhappy with her level of fitness and decided it was time to refocus. After moving to California, Laura found that she had a passion for exercise and the impact she could have on improving people's quality of life. She went back to school in the evening to obtain her first fitness certification while working full time in the tech industry. After leaving the tech world to raise a family, Laura kept up with teaching group classes and eventually decided that she wanted to pursue her passion. This lead her to Mint where she can now do what she loves and support others in their health and fitness goals.

  • Kyle Cleland

    Certified Fitness Coach

    Born and raised in the San Jose area, Kyle has always counted sports and fitness as a big part of life. His favorite sport to play growing up was basketball, and after playing for years, he ended up coaching. After graduating high school, Kyle found a passion in health and fitness and decided to pursue a degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science. After college, Kyle continued to coach basketball, but also began his career in fitness. Now, as a fitness coach at Mint, he loves helping people improve their physical and mental health. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone else succeed. As he says, "It puts a smile on my face every day."
