Sub par work

Jake Schaad was never approachable about concerns we had during the first phase of our garage project. We hired Schaad Builders to do the slab and block and at every phase there was issues with craftsmanship. We tried to approach Jake Schaad about our concerns but he blew us off every time. When we finally fired Schaad Builders Jake could not be straight with us on what we owed him. When I tried to pay my final bill Jake assaulted me by punching me in the face and voiding my check. What a horrible experience I would not recommend Schaad Builders to anyone
